Mike Weaver
Ex-NHLer turned tech entrepreneur, Mike, founded CoachThem after recognizing the lack of simple and effective tools available for hockey coaches. Using the technical knowledge he developed at Michigan State University, Mike built CoachThem to help coaches prepare smarter and faster. As CEO, he continues to lead the platform’s innovation and growth.

Robb Tallas
Robb is a retired NHL goalie and the current goaltending coach for the Florida Panthers. With experience playing and coaching at the highest level, Robb helped shape CoachThem into a platform that’s powerful enough for professionals while remaining simple and accessible for volunteer coaches.
